While we specialize in semi-private personal training, we do offer weekly group training sessions – to add a little bit of friendly teamwork and competition into the mix. Whatever environment you need to ensure that you can reach your fitness goals, QPT has it covered.

If one-on-one isn’t your thing, or you don’t like the price tag that comes along with private training, or if you feel you could benefit from a little competition, these are the sessions for you. The small group environment allows

These sessions are High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts, scientifically proven and specifically designed to burn fat more efficiently and more effectively than running on the treadmill. And better yet, they’re more fun, more engaging, and much more motivating. Even if you’re a beginner don’t worry, we have your back.
